World class customer service! I had a mechanical problem with my Durkopp Adler, I reached out to Horacio, and his team quickly responded to assess how the team could help. In less than 10 minutes Juan and I were on Face Time getting the problem resolved. Juan was extremely knowledgeable and patient in walking me through getting my sewing machine back to working order. I highly recommend ASM Stitch as well as Durkopp Adler sewing machines!
