Our garage door spring broke in the midst of the cold snap. We called the company on Saturday morning and received a return call by the afternoon. A Technician, Mike, was sent out on Tuesday morning and did the repair in a very efficient, professional, clean and accurate manner. Mike clearly knew what he was doing, explained his work to my husband as he went along and repaired the broken spring quicker than we expected. Service was great! Came out on New Year's Day-quick service and very reasonably priced!
These guys are just what I need: skilled, honest, reasonably priced and reliable. We have four garage bays at my home. I have purchased two new garage door openers from them and they installed them expertly. AND they made sure all of the remotes in our cars were synced up. I also just had them service my other doors (making sure everything is "on track", tight, lubed and safe). Bob is the owner and he is a friendly guy who is easy to do business with. I've used them for years. No need to look elsewhere.
Bob, I gotta tell ya that your crew Johnny & Mike are excellent. Totally impressed with the whole organization from estimate to choices to messaging to workmanship. Employees represent the owner and the guys did a great job ! Keep up the good work !

Had a mishap with a new tow hitch and the garage door. Bob got everything organized and Johnny came out the following day. Fantastic service, all repaired and everything checked, adjusted and fixed on both doors. Really impressed.

Wow! These guys are utterly fantastic!! Due to an accident with one of our garage doors this morning, we needed immediate service as my husbands car was stuck in the garage. The person who initially installed our doors told us it would be a week before they could come out to even walk. Well, we couldn't wait for a week to get my husbands car out of the garage so response time definitely would not work�.
