Could not disagree more with some of the negative reviews on here. Although sometimes bad experiences can happen at good shops. Anyways, I have never had an issue at Auto Logic personally. They are a bit on the pricy side, but always do good work to my rig.
Please do not take your car here, you will regret it. Autologic has to be one of the worst auto repair shops I have ever been to, by far. Autologic is a completely dishonest with zero regard for "Customer Satisfaction" even though it's stated as a priority on their website. They will say anything and everything to get you in the door, lying to you along the way and hope that you are too clueless to know that they are taking your money and scamming you.
better than the best – I have a really high expectations when it comes to customer service. this place is AMAZING! people are friendly, they shpow you everythign bout yoru car, and explain everything. they have great discounts for MSFT Prime and AAA members. and they do their best to get your car fix as soon as they can. i had a problem with my brakes, and I called them on thursday afternoon, I got my cr back in less than 24 hours, not only they fixed the brake, they also fixed the door (was making some noise, oil it) check ... read more
BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP AROUND!!!! MUST TAKE YOUR CAR HERE:) – Not only do I take my car to AutoLogic and only AutoLogic, so do my Cousins, Parents, Grandparents and Friends. I had brought my vehicle to Autologic when the check engine light came on. I chose Autologic based on a referral from my coworker. The technican explained that it would be $113.22 for the work which involved checking why the light was on as well as repairing whatever was wrong as long as it was minor. I agreed to the charge based on the understanding that Autologic would be able to amend the problem. Great Services!! – My office is right down the road from them in bellevue. So on the day my car was acting up I drove over and dropped it off. They were nice enough to drop me off at work and then they picked me up once the car was finished. It was very convineant and allowed me to work without missing much of my day. On top of that my car has run like a top ever since.
Finally...a repair shop I can trust! – I recently took my car in for a new battery and regular servicing after reading all the glowing reviews on Angie's List and here. All it takes to experience the difference is one call to the shop. You are immediately treated with genuine courtesy & respect by the very pleasant staff. read this review very important – i have heard from a very reliable source who sais that they are writing there own reviews because what customer is really gonna be that descriptive about how clean the shop is and organized there tools are and how they are covered up and the aaa operator quickly suggested them i think that is a lil to quincidentle. and they saved them in over $800.00 in parts alone the shop wouldnt even make money. im not for sure about this and hate to say something thats not true but just use commen sense ... read more

AAA suggests us as a good shop because we always try to do our best. We have excellent relationships with many customers who are "car people" and appreciate detail and cleanliness. We sometimes overwhelm our customers with too many details. I believe the "$800 saved" customer is probably the Ford Explorer that came to us from another shop that wanted to replace all of the oxygen sensors. We found that a damaged wiring harness was the actual fault.
