better than the best – I have a really high expectations when it comes to customer service. this place is AMAZING! people are friendly, they shpow you everythign bout yoru car, and explain everything. they have great discounts for MSFT Prime and AAA members. and they do their best to get your car fix as soon as they can. i had a problem with my brakes, and I called them on thursday afternoon, I got my cr back in less than 24 hours, not only they fixed the brake, they also fixed the door (was making some noise, oil it) check ... read more

Don't go here to check your engine light! – I had brought my vehicle to Autologic when the check engine light came on. I chose Autologic based on a referral from my coworker. The technican explained that it would be $113.22 for the work which involved checking why the light was on as well as repairing whatever was wrong as long as it was minor. Great Services!! – My office is right down the road from them in bellevue. So on the day my car was acting up I drove over and dropped it off. They were nice enough to drop me off at work and then they picked me up once the car was finished. It was very convineant and allowed me to work without missing much of my day. On top of that my car has run like a top ever since.
Finally...a repair shop I can trust! – I recently took my car in for a new battery and regular servicing after reading all the glowing reviews on Angie's List and here. All it takes to experience the difference is one call to the shop. You are immediately treated with genuine courtesy & respect by the very pleasant staff. read this review very important – i have heard from a very reliable source who sais that they are writing there own reviews because what customer is really gonna be that descriptive about how clean the shop is and organized there tools are and how they are covered up and the aaa operator quickly suggested them i think that is a lil to quincidentle. and they saved them in over $800.00 in parts alone the shop wouldnt even make money. im not for sure about this and hate to say something thats not true but just use commen sense ... read more

AAA suggests us as a good shop because we always try to do our best. We have excellent relationships with many customers who are "car people" and appreciate detail and cleanliness. We sometimes overwhelm our customers with too many details. I believe the "$800 saved" customer is probably the Ford Explorer that came to us from another shop that wanted to replace all of the oxygen sensors. We found that a damaged wiring harness was the actual fault.
Not a place for Volvo – I brought my 95 volvo 850 GLT to fix a few problems in Feb 09 and was recommended to replace a ton of stuff. Since I was going to give the car to my 16-year-old so I feel obligated to make sure the car is safe. I paid more than $1000 for the work. In less than 2 months, the coolant in the car started to leak, I brought the car back thinking that it is still within the warranty of the previous service. 14 year old car with 90,000 miles. We always try to do our best. We checked the coolant leak free of charge. We also stopped in the middle of a timing belt replacement when we found a sticker showing that it had been replaced - this saved them a lot of money. Does this sound like a propensity for dishonesty? Sometimes the crystal ball just cannot predict future problems. Sure wish it could.........

Honest, Thoughtful and Considerate AAA+++ Shop – This is a AAA approved shop that well deserves the approval. I actually work for AAA so am so happy to recommend them. I have had my car in twice now for the kind of repairs that aren't so easy to diagnose.
