I presented my Autoland agent what looked like an impossible task: I no longer needed the large late model vehicle I'd owned for less than a year, and I needed to trade it in for something smaller with lower payments. The trade-in numbers didn't look good, but my agent worked with one of Autoland's partner dealerships to come up with an offer that worked perfectly for me. Her experience and strong dealer relationships combined with persistence to make it happen. She's truly a miracle worker!
There is no 10 star selection on this review, but I will add 5 more stars for Josh! *****!! Josh was able to not only answer all of my questions, but he was able to demonstrate great customer service and showed me everything that I needed to know about my brand new vehicle that he helped and assisted me with! Josh did awesome, and we need more of these great customer service employees! Thank you so much Josh!
