the sales team at Castle Rock was great to work with. any concerns I had or issues I had they were more than happy to help me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that have a need for a new car. I will continue giving them my business in the future
Good service and good people
The service department took such good care of us ladies, nothing worse than a warning light on a road trip. We stopped and they diagnosed the problem, changed the sensor, and reset the system in less than an hour. Truly a relief that know we could make our trip safely!! So much appreciation!!

I cannot rave enough about Castle Rock! They are amazing and have worked so hard to get us into a vehicle! I just got a second car from them and my experience was the same both times, they work hard and help in any way they can. They honestly went above and beyond getting things to work for us and we appreciate their efforts! They are all so amazing! Also want to say a huge thank you to Jeff and Jorden who we mostly worked with!

We give this dealership a million gold stars!!! We were headed to Lake Powell for vacation when we got bad gas from a truck stop! We limped our vehicles (yes plural it happened to us & our friend) into AutoFarm Castle Rock Chevrolet and they took care of us right away!! Hands down the best customer service and integrity! They diagnosed & fixed our vehicles and had us out the door in no time!! A vacation that could have been ruined if we had went anywhere else was saved by this crew!! Well done! And Thank you!!

Love the truck I purchased from the amazing salesmen Tj. He went out of his way to make the deal because the internal support he had to deal with seemed pretty poor and almost made the deal not happen. Also I was to receive a check from them about 10 days after the deal was done and here it is a month later and I still haven't seen it. I did get have a leveling kit and floor mats installed after the purchase through the parts manager and he did a great job getting all of that taken care of properly.
