Had a great experience with the service department!! They were efficient, and on top of the problem of my car. I have taken my car to another dealership three times and they said that is normal, nothing is wrong!! Castle Rock got the problem fixed, they were willing to go above and beyond! Good customer service is hard to come by, and I was very pleased with the service team! Thank you.
