Literally the best experiences I've ever had at a dealer. They welcome you with open arms, are super friendly, and quite possibly the coolest dealer around. Highly recommend them for both sales and service Nick, Brandon, AJ, Jordan, and Corey are the besttt!!!
Thanks Robb and crew. Wonderful experience leasing new Jetta .Would have been 5 stars but the lengthy wait really was problematic. That said every sales person, financial person we encountered were super friendly and helpful.
Worst dealership to go to very rude sales team and I got 32 phone calls in a month and a half time period saying they would buy my lease back and I hadn't even had it for a year yet (it was a 4 year lease) so I drove an hour and a half to the dealership and the sales manager said that he didn't know why that sales person called me because they couldn't and wouldn't do anything ! And sent me on my way !!!! WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN !

I went in to look at cars got set up with Hanna, and got straight to work. She had all the answers I could need and the floor manager was absolutely fantastic- got me down to the price I needed and everything was smooth sailing. Talk about quick, easy, painless, and I got a PERFECT car!
Requested e-price on a new car. Received in writing the price, happy with price. Told dealership I will take the car, all cash sale. Then told by a salesman they would not honor the price and quoted me a price not even close to what they had already given me in writing. I plan to follow up with VW corporate and State of NH
Purchased 2 vw from AutoFair 2 years later and very happy with the service they super professional great phone app remind me for oil changes etc....
