This was the 4th place I called. I needed my front bumper and fender replaced. The service I received was 10/10 and beyond. The rate and my total was $1000 less than any other place I called. I highly recommend. Also I was able to pick it up same day. Also love that they wash the car as well. Super pleased customer.
I just had my 2021 Tesla repaired at Auto Craft Body and Paint. They were 1 of 2 shops with a 5 star rating in Hayward, Ca. Safi, the owner, did a fatastic job from the quote through the repair and even paid for 4 days of my car rental due to Tesla being slow to ge t the parts for the repair. This body shop is incredible. The day before leaving for vacation, someone threw a can of paint on my car and dented the back door. Safi and his brother took my vehicle in immediately and promised to have everything done—the bodywork, full repaint, and restoring my rims to a showroom shine—by the time I returned a week later. They delivered exactly on time. The workmanship was top-notch and the pricing was very fair—not the cheapest, but definitely not overpriced. I couldn’t be happier with the results!
Took my bug here a few months ago after I stupidly reversed into a tree. 🤦♀️ the turnaround time was quick, the customer service was excellent, and very professional. Everyone was very kind and made the process extremely easy. The estimate was exact and they even flattened my beat up license plate! 😂
