Will never do business with them ever again. Bought my first car here and it was an amazing experience, jerry price was the best! Since I had such a good experience we went to buy a second car from them. Long story short I was there 12 hours with a 12 week old baby, and didn't finish so we had to come back the next day to only wait another hour! I bought my Nissan Xterra there in 2014 and I recently went to sell it back to them. I spoke to Tyler on Friday, he made an offer to us and said we had 7 days to decide. He took the piece of paper with the offer on it and filed it. I called him 2 hours later and tried to negotiate with him, asking for just $180 more than he offered (which when then be the Blue Book trade in value). He ignored me. Pretty laid back. My dude Zhi was cool and straightforward with everything.
Never buy a car from this dealership! While signing paperwork to purchase a car, it was being cleaned and "detailed ". When we got the car home we realized that during the cleaning process, the tint on the window was tore. They refuse to fix it! The so called manager was a smart a $$ and totally disrespectful. The management is poor. They lie and cheat. It's not to late to do the RIGHT thing, Nissan.
