Always received good service with them and have been pleased just beware when getting a price for service. Just recently had to have some work done and was told there was a diagnostic fee which we agreed to. When they called us about what they found I asked what the TOTAL price for everything would be. They gave us a price (which I found out afterwards was only for the service and not the diagnostic fee which they informed me is always separate....they need to learn when I customer ask for a total price total means everythin... read more
Service here leaves lots to be desired, took my daughters Sentra in for a airbag recall, they damaged the dash, broke a pin that holds the glove box in, and left the drivers side mat covered with black goop. Was serviced on Monday the 30th, called and left a message with "Bob" on service, that Thursday 2/2 when I found the new rattle in the glove box , never received a call, called again Saturday morning 2/4, told "Yon" in service about the about the issues, he put me through to parts to make sure they had the pin needed bef... read more
If anyone needs a car this is the best place to go and r salesmen roy roach is the best I sent 3 people to him and he got us in a car of r dreams so if you want a nice salesmen to work with you that is the guy to go to and once we pay r car off we will be going back to him to get a second car
