The service department here was great! Brought in our 2008 Nissan Altima that wasn't running right, they found the problem, had it fixed in 2 days and it was covered under our original warranty, the car is 9 years old! So glad we bought a Nissan!
Great service! I came in for an oil change and it took much longer than it should have. However, before I even got home, they called me and apologized. They didn't charge me for the oil change, because of the delay. And they even gave me some bonuses in my rewards account. That's the mark of good service: it's not just when things go right - it's going out of your way to MAKE things right when they don't go right the first time.

I have to say the service department has got right on what ever I need and have it done in a timely manner. I only had a little time today to get my oil changed along with the other running I called to see if they could fit me in they said yes at 330 well I got done with my running a little sooner then I thought pulled up there they got me in and back on the road in about 45 minutes not bad for getting there at 12
From the initial start of the sales process to follow up care, Nissan Autocenters has got it down. The sales rep (Steve) seemed to know exactly what I needed, not only in a vehicle and pricing, but personally, as well. I needed a car quick but also needed the time to make sure I was making the right decision. He worked perfectly with me! I brought my Titan here due to water leaking into my cab from rain and car washes. I didn't even notice it until I seen mold on the carpet. Turned out to be coming from a vent behind the rear seat, it had a broken clip and wasn't even factory sealed. I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday and was told it would take a few days and they'd supply me with a rental car. I told them I needed it back ASAP because I do landscaping and pull a trailer and they didn't have rental trucks. The service rep said he would push for Friday. I ... read more
We aren't very happy! The check engine light came on with less than 300 miles on our new Nissan Pathfinder. Not even Corporate Nissan knows what the problem is, as no Service Tech has ever encountered the code that they received. You all act like this is no big deal but it's a huge deal to us. Since this is most certainly a motor issue (remember less than 300 miles) replace our Pathfinder. You all can worry about the engine and resale that one once you've figured out the issue.
