I have a new truck with 17,000 miles and a engine light on. stopped in after work to have checked out. was told I have to make an appointment. and it would be a week before they could get me in. ok so that puts me taking my trip this weekend in my new truck with the engine light on not ideal but ok. then find out you can't schedule an appointment after 3 unfortunately I work until 4 guy tells me I'll have to call off or something. NOT WHY I PURCHASED A New TRUCK For.

My husband & I have purchased 4 vehicles from AutoCenters Nissan in Wood River. We have been very satisfied with every aspect of buying our vehicles as well as the great service on them.
Took two hours for an oil change, and that was with an appointment. Then the service self. Broke my tail light cover and I have to drive back to GF it replaced. Such an inconvenience!
After a little persistance Nissan is finnally taking Responsibility for my 1800 mile Versa's transmission issue thanks to Casey and the Service manager at Auto Centers
