I was in and out with my scheduled appointment in no time. I had no issues. It was nice to see the length they go through for the customer as I sat in the waiting room. There was one customer who kept hearing a tick noise but no one else could hear it so several techs drove it and they finally took the customer out to the floor and let him take them for a drive to see if they could hear the noise together as I heard them state safety was there #1 concern.
