Their customer service and convenience in getting my service taken care of.
Everything was great other than I had a defective tire. They refused to give me a new tire until I showed up 3 times with a flat tire. I didn’t even have my 2019 versa for 10 days with less than 1,500 miles on it. Other than that hassle the customer service was great when I first got the car.

when we bought the car we got the biggest run around. the sales man told use it was a2018. wrong it's a2017 . then we agreed on a price and 5 hours later when we finally signed are payment are $200 more then we agreed on. and every time I take the car for my annual oil change , I have them check the rear tire on passinger side because it's low in pressure. but they said they rotated the tire and the same tire is low , now there ain't no way that they rotated them tires for the same tire to be low and why did they not even ai... read more
