It has been a very negative experience with this shop. Long story short, I was promised to have a bumper fixed and paint for $XXX in a week. Every time I called afterward, I got responses like "It not done yet", "Didn't think you need it back right away", "It is fixed but still needed to paint".... lies after lies. Well after month and a half....decided to just get the bumper back and go with other shop. The bumper look exactly like the way I dropped it off...if not worst. I guess my job is not bug enough for them.

Otto and his team did an absolutely AMAZING job on my Jeep!! Looks like a brand new vehicle! I HIGHLY recommend Auto Body It Is. Unbelievable workmanship and great service. All around great experience! Hopefully we won't need to have any repairs done again, but if we do you can bet we would use Auto Body It Is again! Keep up the great work guys. Shop was recommended by two different local shops I frequent, and for good reason. Otto was timely, polite, and the quality of the work they did for my Lotus Elise is great. Got plenty more for them to paint and would recommend them to friends and family. ευχαριστώ / grazie
don't see my comment from Tuesday .. picked up my car and was THRILLED with how it came out. They quoted a price and stuck to I to the dollar! that never happens, Great customer service. will go back in a heartbeat but hope I never have to:)
overall very happy, car is perfect. Only downside I had to wait quite awhile... but other than that all good. Definitely recommend.
