I will begin with $40 for a car wash, vacuum and having the tires cleaned and Armor-All'd and the rims cleaned is very steep. The two young men that vacuumed and dried the car were very cordial. They did a good job but did not properly clean my rims. The same thing happened when I was there one time before. I remembered to check before I left this time and my rims were still dirty. One star is too good of a rating. $45 and nothing was cleaned, vacuumed, or wiped down. I still have dirt in my floorboard and seats, mud on the side of my car, four marks all over the dash and sides of the car, and that stained my seat. The manager, Steven, refused to give me a refund. DO NOT GO Here!! You're better off found it yourself at one of this pop up places.
First time going here since it became Autobell. Never again. After washing my car, there is now a film all over the passenger side doors, windows and side mirror. The paint feels like sandpaper.
“That’s a first” said the employee as he tried to pull this strip of their equipment that damaged my roof rack. This car is only 2 years old and the factory roof rack has never had an issue until it went through their wash. Numerous small scratches from their brushes as well. Took an hour here filling out the “claim” for a teenager to say that “Autobell doesn’t accept responsibility.” He claimed he inspected my vehicle before and after which is untrue.
