First time through. I'm happy with what I got. All the people were courteous and knowledgeable. I purchased the SuperPolyprocess. The wash was what I expected. There was no wait, which is appreciated. Things move quickly. There were at least 6 cars being hand dried and vacuumed, so again there was no wait. They fellow who vacuumed my car was very conscientious and courteous. I was happy with everything. Remember people, we are not paying for a detailed job. Very convenient for me. Car wash does a nice job on tires and rims. The towels/brushes that do the top of the car leaves a stripe right down the middle of my truck. Poor design
