Huntersville is the best location. I live in Charlotte now, but it's worth the drive. They make sure you are happy before you leave. Wouldn't trust my baby with anyone else.

Damaged my car and used every excuse in the world to not fix the damage. Its not an expensive fix but the mere principle of it.
Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I visited Autobell the other day to have my car washed. A hose got caught in the door and ripped out as the employee was turning right causing my rear quarter panel to separate and snap causing paint chips, screws loose, and obvious damage to my bumper area. I filed a report to which needed to be inspected by the manager. He basically said it was "his word over mine" so there was nothing he could do.
