Absolutely terrible. This was after I had to have them go back into my vehicle and wipe off the dashboard which hadn't been done. Then got home and opened the back and found it like this.

For a $38 Armor All special, I would have expected more than 9 minutes spent on my vehicle, that included the drive through wash. Not all windows were cleaned, partial dash and door trim and less than stellar vacuum job (I had my mats pulled out already to make it easier). Not the service it used to be.

They don’t catch your car at the end of the wash, you have to figure out where to drive your vehicle to do it can be detailed and you can’t see them clean out when they’re finished with your vehicle.

They do a great job and the workers are so very nice!!
Very very disappointmend . Vacum just a little did not removed the mats glass very pooly clean. The only thing done properly was the shine in the tires but the rims where poorly clean.
I love this place the customer service is really good and management is always on point but they are not miracle workers so don’t think you can bring your dirty A** car here and is going to look brand new after they are done this is NOT a detail shop this guys are good but not that good
THEY ALWAYS HAVE TO RE VACUUM OUR CARS AND I ALWAYS HAVE TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE THEY CLEAN THE TRUNK AND LIFT THE MATS AND CLEAN THEM AS WELL THE DOORS I HAVE TO SHOW THEM AND TELL THEM TO DO I HAVE AN SUV SO I ALWAYS HAVE TO PUT THE SEATS DOWN IN THE BACK AND TELL THEM TO VACUUM UNDER THE FRONT SEATS AND BACK AND THE BACK RUG IN MY SUV CAR THEY DO EVERYTHING I ASK THEM TO DO AND THAN IT LOOKS GREAT BUT WHETHER THEY ARE BUSY OR NOT THEY ARE ALWAYS RUSHING I ALWAYS END UP GOING BACK BUT AT THE SAME TIME NEEDING TO TELL THEM WH... read more
I just left this location 30 minutes ago and I’ll never go back! I paid $26.99 and I think a 8 year old could have washed my car better than they did. They left 1 tire with out tire shine after I said something about it and they still tried to convince me it had been sprayed. The inside didn’t look like it had been touched. There was still small pieces of paper on the floor board when I got in and the cup holders definitely weren’t wiped down!!
