They rush to vacuum as your car as it’s rolling into the wash. Paid $36 and we had to ask them to re-vacuum the entire car. They never lifted the car mats, left crumbs in the back seat where a car seat was removed for them to vacuum. Then caught an attitude when I pointed out all the crumbs etc. that were completely visible to anyone under the seats. Just a poor job overall. Will not be going back. They should do the vacuuming after the car comes out not scrambling to do it while it’s rolling in...just doesn’t make sense.
Never do a thorough job vacuuming and always leave something undone on the outside, this time they put the tire gloss right over the red dirt on the passenger side tires...
RecommendedHardworking Staff, took extra time on car interior...dashboard and freshener. Always go to this location, pleasant people.
Hey people when you use you ATM card watch out cause I got over charged 28 dollars,I have my bank looking into it as I will be there tomorrow to talk to the manager in person as I am out of state right now,It was the autobell in huntersville l,NC
Very busy..but that is no excuse for RUDENESS!! The attendant at the register was not interested in anything i had to say! Will not go to another Auto Bell.
I normally go to this autobell cause it’s close to where I live. When it was finally my turn to tell the person on which service I wanted, he was very rude. He came up to my window and asked me which service I wanted then proceeds to tell me to step out of my car in a very Derogatory way. At the cash register he was rude as well...... my car still had trash in the cup holders and the inside of my car was still dusty. Not sure if I will back to this location.
They always make my ride look great. The staff is friendly and a convenient location
