My vehicle was damaged in their car wash and they will not accept responsibility for all of the damage. I made a good faith effort to resolve the issue and now I have to pursue legal action. If this is how they treat their customers I recommend you go anywhere else!

I brought my car here to have it detailed. I was horrified to watch the vehicle behind mine run into car and push my car out of the bay. Their agent admitted negligence. Unacceptable. The manager did call me today to apologize, and that was appreciated. I explained to him that my car is new- still has dealer tags, my husband, whose new truck was also washed, had to go back through because the tire cleaner did not activate.
