Great helpful staff! Really clean store full of stock, unfortunately my item was low stock but staff informed me erina had it which was only a short drive. 10/10 !
This is a very well presented store with a good range of products and staff who seem genuinely interested in helping. Autobarn often gets lost in the market where Supercheap (and Repco to a lesser degree) seems to dominate, but this store is well worth a go! Cross shopping process generally reveals good value too.
I went in store today to purchase a new battery for my car. I was disappointed that the team member who served me (William) would not price match for me even though it met the requirements of their Low Price Guarantee policy. I repeatedly asked kindly why they couldnt price match but no reason was provided. Really disappointed as I had done a lot of research before heading into store and I hope the team are given some refresher training on their pricematch policy.
