Been visiting this store for years and service is okay. Today I was overcharged on a sale item (sale price of 19.99) and when I asked the price the female assistant with the tattoos said it is 34.99. I said I will go check. I came back with a photo of the sale price and had a refund made. No apology what so ever. Assistant said in an abrupt tone 2 times (while training a new staff member) "RECEIPT" , which I replied yes.
