I was told that the service in this store was amazing and I can totally vouch for that !!!! JYE was in his lunch break but still came to the counter to serve me. Came out to my car and managed to get a reversing light globe out that was very old and stuck. He replaced the globe and a windscreen wiper and I was only charged for the products! He was so knowledgeable, friendly and provided service that was above and beyond- nice one Jye thank you so much
I bought part of my service kit at autobarn bendigo through orders ,not only disappointing but very frustrating. I have been waiting for a cabin filter for more than a month now, same brand i ordered from supercheap auto , it only took 5 work days and a call, but with autobarn bendigo, even the communication is very bad, they promise to call you , but they don't, driving from Eaglehawk to golden square just to check if my order has arrived. A huge shout out to the Team at Autobarn. I was in the store last week with a few issues I was having with my car and the manager was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and the service delivered by her and another lady was second to none. Thank you for not making a bloke feel stupid for my lack of understanding. Customer service at its finest.
