My service advisor Jessica kept expectations realistic while also delivering a very positive experience. A needed part wasn't available for my repair; because I live outside the city she offered a loaner and had my car delivered. It made all the difference! I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the work, effort, and care put into my vehicle while having it repaired here. I have an older more sporty Volvo that hit a gnarly pot-hole, and I took it to one dealership to fix at first, but they failed me miserably (it was Grubbs in grapevine, 2 months and $3,000+ later and they still couldn’t figure out the overheating, it was the radiator fan and fan control module, which apparently is a very common issue on these things that they somehow missed in their “countless hours of test... read more
