I want to give a 5 star rating to Will Mercado and his team. I have had my vehicle in the service this month, and every time it was great. But this morning, after picking up my car and having my AC evaporative line replace with fresh legal Freon; I went to start my vehicle 2019 ATLAS the coolant and and boat came on… I did not start it, but we called Will and he had the Mobile Assist tech, (Mac) come to my house, and remedied the situation. Paid $3,600 in diagnostics, still no repair — goalpost keeps moving. This service department will bleed you dry and smile doing it. I brought my 2019 VW Tiguan (at Fort Worth Toyota) with an oil consumption issue. $600 for an oil consumption test (other dealer offered to do it for free). Was told point blank that the results were sufficient to pursue a warranty claim on the engine. Took them at their word. While weighing the options, few weeks later, ECM failure. About a $3,000 bill to have it replaced. No one mentioned this... read more

Don’t buy a volkswagon! Their warranties on brand new cars are full of loop holes! I drove a brand new tiguan off the lot and 3 weeks later i needed oil, a new steering wheel that was in back order, and later my engine light came on as a result of an emissions issue that would cost me $8,000 to fix! The warranty covered NONE of these issues.

The mobile service for key programming was a life saver! They came to me to program my new key, and Rene ensured everything was in working order and the key was up and running quickly. Would highly recommend
