Staff may be intelligent that’s how they probably find there victims but there service is the poorest I’ve ever seen in my time. I’d rather take my vehicle to a shop in the hood before ever doing business with these people again.

Great place, great people. I dealt with Greg and Danny via email mostly and a bit via phone, they answered all my questions. Ask for Danny if you want a smooth deal, he is very knowledgeable, down to earth and at no point did I felt pressured or rushed. Flew from South Carolina to buy a X7. Danny and other people there took care of me from the moment I arrived despite having a busy day ( it was a Saturday). He was very patient as I took a long time checking most of the car. I did a lot of research on the vehicle and while I would have preferred to go with a brand new one, the year, mileage, and price point was just right. Most of all it was because of Greg. I have never purchased any vehicles via text, not in person, and Greg made it very seamless. It required a lot of trust as you can imagine on the buyer part, and it was very easy to trust Greg.
