Karla at Autobahn BMW is hands down the best service advisor I’ve worked with. She is knowledgeable, professional, and always keeps me informed throughout the entire process. She genuinely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. Car repairs can be stressful, but Karla makes the experience easy with her excellent communication and attention to detail. If you’re taking your BMW to Autobahn, I highly recommend asking for Karla. The team at Autobahn BMW are doing things right! Brandon walked right up and talked with us like we had known each other for years.
