I wish this review was different, we had such good a good experience with the purchasing process…but I guess that’s what you get when you’re spending 130k.. We purchased an X7 a bit more than a year ago, we purchased an extended warranty and interior package as well. We attempted to use the interior package about 6 months in due to my son’s car seat gouging the seat, brought the car, when we got it back, it appeared the “repair” was spray paint. Took my VW Atlas in for a warranty replacement of my catalytic converter, and came out with dashboard lights emitting that weren’t there when I took it in. After purchasing a battery did not need but was told I did, they’re now saying my instrument panel needs replaced and will be $3200 plus. I have pictures of my dashboard when I brought it it and after I picked it up. TOTALLY different. No help from the CEO Brendan Harrington. I brought my 2021 BMW X3 (approx. 35,000 miles) to this dealership after receiving an unsolicited offer for a complimentary “Spring Care Package,” which included wiper blades replacement, a luxury wash, and a multi-point inspection. During that free inspection, I was advised that the engine mounts needed to be replaced at a cost of $4,000. Horrible experience first service advisor did not want to listen to anything we had to say. Then told use it needed injectors instead of looking at the head like we said. Towed it out of there due to claim being denied but found out that the mechanic and the warranty company advisor are best friends. Did not like that we knew the problem and did not want to listen. Will never buy another bmw again because of this issue.
