First time going to this dealer and definitely won’t be going back. I got there about 10 mins before my appt only one service advisor was working so had to wait a little bit He then told me they wouldn’t be able to look at my car until probably the next day which I was okay with but he only had one loaner for someone else but could offer me a ride back home (Arlington) again no problem but what do you expect me to drive while my car is in the shop? Editing my review. Not resolved yet but I believe they will make this right. I normally work with Ethan and have no complaints. 5 star service every other time ive been there. This time I didn't work with him and experience was different. In short, they minorly cosmetically damaged my car, proactively pointed it out to me - but did a sub-par job fixing it.
