This is the best dealership I have worked with to purchase a vehicle, and I have purchased a good amount of cars with just having a wife and (2) teenagers on the road so far and (3) more teenagers to go through it all again. The dealer spoke to me over the telephone and it wasn't a very positive phone call. Well he did return my call about the van I was interested in his demeanor on the phone made me feel like I would be wasting my time.
I only spoke to the salesmen on the phone but he answered my questions and returned my call.
They were Great ! Even though I didn't buy . TY
Horrible!!!!! only giving a star because it woudn't let me do less .Test drove a car was told it had a deposit on it already but Paul said he didn't think the guy would get financed. He called the next morning said that is what happened did i want to give him my bank card over the phone for a deposit.So i did with plans of driving up later to buy it. Got another call from Paul saying sorry car has been sold!!! How could that happen when you took a deposit from me the very minute the other deal fell apart?!!

Good straight forward dealer. Forgot to give me part of the paperwork needed to register the vehicle, so I had to drive back to get it, then they forgot to leave the spare key in the car when I picked up after hours as requested. Overall Paul was very helpful and will be mailing the key.

Dealer responded quickly and sought to answer all questions. Decided against the vehicle due to too many mechanical problems, but they were very upfront with every issue.
