The experience with this dealer was the worst I've ever had with any dealership.l purchased the vehicle then took the paperwork to register the vehicle only to be called the following day and told that there was something that was left out while they were filling out the paperwork and they will send the redone paper to me overnight after registering the vehicle they were supposed to tow the vehicle to my residence but didn't and claimed they were having difficulty with their towing company and l had to hire a driver after se... read more

I'm sorry that you didn't have a great experience here. The paperwork error was our fault, we have a brand new billing clerk that had never billed a MA deal before. When we saw the error on the title paperwork we overnighted you the corrected forms. Paperwork is a little trickier when we have a out of state customer. They were very helpful. Although the truck that I looked at, I didn't buy, they took my information and told me that any other Dakotas that came in they would notify me.
