This branch has great staff and the service is very good. Would like to say tks to Denise the Lady at the front . She is always so polite and always greets me with a smile. The other day I picked up some brake rotors and pads and it was heavy. Without hesitation she came up and took some of the weight and helped me out to my SUV. I called to ask for a thermostat. A guy by the name of TREVOR answered the phone. I asked how he was doing & he hung up on me. Then I called back & put me on hold. That’s the last time I call auto value Barlow!
I visited Auto Value - Lethbridge, on Saturday Oct 5th. I was extremely impressed by the service I received from Sandra, and by the atmosphere in the store. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Auto Value will definitely be my go -to store for all my automotive needs.
