Imagine this. You drive about an hour to come see a vehicle that you're told is in good shape. (Cadillac CTS). You arrive and test drive. Before you leave the lot, turns out the exhaust is loose and when you accelerate you feel the exhaust moving around under the vehicle making a racket. That's after you see the oil pressure gauge at zero. Couple hidden problems with the vehicle that naturally you couldn't see because the photos are positioned in a way to hide them. Lev is really easy to work with. He helped get us the car we wanted while working with us to get it down to our approved loan amount. If there are any issues and you talk to them they work with you to make sure it’s taken care of. Will definitely work with them again!
