Chatted with Lev and told him I would be down on Monday about 3pm to look at a car I was interested in. Explained I lived 2 hours away. I got there at 3:10pm and was told the car sold an hour ago. No message to let me know that it was sold or anything. Wasted my entire day due to very poor customer service. The car was not that nice either. Would not recommend this dealer.
I just picked up my new Truck It was a fast and Easy deal, Very very nice people They have a lot of options through the bank & buy here options so if you have bad credit still give it a chance because they have nice cars for great prices and awesome customer service
I went around looking for a car and it just didn't seem right everything didnt seem i was getting what i paid for, then I went into Auto valley group and they had a lot of great choices I couldn't even decide which car i liked. The employees were very helpful and let me drive a few cars I highly recommend this dealer. I have bad credit and i still got approved with little money down & look i got a brand new car! Love ittt

I definitely highly recommend this dealer! I was just looking around for a family vehicle and from the moment I came to this place i knew it was who i wanted to purchase from. They are so nice, patient and they actually wanted to help me out instead of scam me like other car dealers in this area. I bought a car back in June , I must say what really made me buy it was the great prices and the great service that I received from my sales person .... the service was so great that I spent over an hour after I got the keys in my hand just talkin to my salesperson... the reason why I'm writing this post which I don't do reviews often I just want everybody to know how great my experience was... and on top of everything my car is perfect its my dream car !!!
I was so impressed when i went to check out auto valley group im picky about going to new places but wow i walked out with a great vehicle for a great price. My credit sucks but I did buy here pay here and it all worked out i would highly recommend them to anyone that wants to buy a vehicle they are great and care about there customers!!
