We had our rusted and dented chrome bumper refinished here and the end product looks great. It takes a long time for the work to get done (about a month) so patience is crucial. The first time it came back there was a spot that needed to be rechromed. When I pointed this out, they had the work redone at no charge to me. TERRIBLE job they broke our glass on the part did NOT replace or refund of anything WORST shop ever never coming here again One star.
I worked for them in the 80's was treated well they always do the best for customers its the customers who treated them bad by not paying net 30 on time and refusing to pay full payment after they got what they want.they do great work.
Bumper arrived quickly, well packaged & the bumper looks out of this world FANTASTIC & BEAUTIFUL! Now, I won't be able to install it onto the car until Spring of 2024. But I can NOT see anything wrong with it & THANK YOU to you guys at Auto & Truck Bumpers Inc! I appreciate all that goes into the chrome process & all your hard work! Worst shop to do business with in the Bay Area sells skirts and visors that are made in. China blew off my car, ruined the roof, ruined the paint, and said it was my fault because I went faster than 50 miles an hour. If I could’ve shoved it where the sun doesn’t shine, I would’ve stayed clear this business.
