Absolutely BRUTAL customer service. Was really under the gun and needed a car asap. Looked through the inventory on line and went to look at a car. Went in side the office to inquire and was met with a cold response. I asked for the Car Fax on a vehicle and was told they don't do it. 'Trust me, the car is good' was the response. Didn't want to bother to talk to us, show us the vehicle or discuss it. Had cash in my pocket and was willing to walk with the vehicle as soon as our mechanic checked it out.
