I've gone twice. First experience was great. They stayed a little late to make sure I was all set. My 2nd experience was just the opposite. I arrived with 12 minutes to spare and was turned away. Was told, "We close at 5pm". When I pointedout that it wax 4:50, he responded with, "Well, he needs 15 minutes for an oil change". I didn't want to tell him that the big sign out front said "10 minute oil change". If you close at 5pm, then close at 5pm, I have no problem with that. I had a few rust spots in the hood of my car that needed repair, I took it to Warwick Auto Body and Marlon and the guys there were great. They removed the rust, matched the paint perfect, even cleaned the inside of my car. If you need body work done don’t even look around go to Warwick Auto Body you won’t be disappointed.
They put a defective oil filter in and offered to give me a free oil change or refund and still haven’t received the email from manager to approve refund so I can send to Groupon. I keep calling and they give me the run around. The manager calls me and THEN offers a cash refund. Yikes. They’re sketchy folks! Beware
Super clean shop, and really quick service! I was in and out for an oil change and they also gave a complementary inspection while I was there. What I really liked was how the service guy at the front, Jeffrey, let me see other issues with my car but never pressured me into getting them fixed right away. He and the other staff were super friendly and personable the whole time, including Ava, the mechanic who worked on my car. All-in-all, a great spot!
