Knew nothing of the vehicle. Was unsure about clipped wires I found under the dash and the hood. They guessed what it "might" be and Was not willing to discuss the price but yet they dropped the price about 3/5 days later. Drove hour and a half to get there to be sorely disappointed.

We apologize we weren't able to get you the answers to your questions. Sometimes with trade in vehicles it is difficult to get all the details and the process takes some time. Because of the uncertainty we did discount the price and we are sorry the timing did not work out for you.
My experience was above and beyond. My salesman Shane was courteous and professional. All though the vehicles of choice both sold, Shane has continued to searched keeping me updated. Great customer service and selection of vehicles
