I bought a vehicle about a year ago from this company. I drove it for eight months and the engine blew.(I think it may have been my fault)lol They went out of their way to help me even though the vehicle was not under warranty they still helped me to get it fixed!! I would recommend them to everyone they are wonderful people!!
I purchased a truck from them a year ago and I am still paying a note they are very helpful and understanding if there is any problems. I would refer them yo anybody.
My wife and I are very pleased with the manner Dave treats his customers, we have resently faced some serious bad times financialy and found Dave to be both understanding and has been honest with us, I would be willing to bet that anyone of these negative statemants directed at Dave and Globe Auto are made by people that are not handleing there own business.
Most of the people writing a bad review are sour customers that probley didnt pay thier bills! I have had a car through globe auto for 10 years now and had lots of bad times and they do everything to work with me. They are honest people do their best to make things right.
I think Glabe Auto is a good spot. They give people second chances who dont have 100% good credit. My boyfriend was harrased by the police and they impounded his car and wouldnt let him get it back after they demolished it thinking they could find something. They put him to jail for six months and the owner Dave said that he would help my boyfriend out and get him another car just because he was a good customer.
Terrible Terrible Terrible. Since I purchased the car I have had problems. They try to be nice to keep you calm, but you are just sold dreams. I feel like a fool for buying the car.
The worst experience I have ever had buying a car . Underhanded lowdown conmen. The owner "dirty" dave sold me a car with major things wrong with it. He told me ,right to my face, it was a great car , shortly after buying the car the check engine light came on ,dave told me to call his mechanic,he could not get me in till next week I went elsewhere the mechanic checked the whole car-over 900 dollars-I showed dave this evidence he told me I will take care of it-he never did anything but dodge me and avoid and my phone calls t... read more
Donna is a wonderful person and willing to help at all means. As far as some other things. My car is great but was told things were to be done to it that never were. Which really upset me. I have been on time every month with my payments and for them to lie upset me. I am always honest with them. Would I go back for another vehicle?? Only if Donna was there to sell it to me. Thanks Donna!
I HAVE BEEN ON TIME WITH MY PAYMENTS. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM IN THAT MATTER BUT WENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE IT WAS LIKE SLUDGE THE MUFFLER KEEPS FALLING OFF NEEDED BRAKES RIGHT AWAY AND AM STILL PAYING ON THIS THING WOULD I GO THERE AGAIN? I DOUBT IT UNLESS THEY FIX THE CARS BETTER BEFORE THEY SELL THEM.
