I bought a Subaru Forester from auto shack yesterday! The were pleasant easy to work with and seemed to be extremely knowledgeable. It's easy to feel like buying a car is like pulling but with auto shack I promise that won't be the case.
I just recently purchased an 03' Honda Element from Doug. I let him know back in December what car I wanted and told him I was very picky! He searched for 3 months for me and found exactly what I wanted by the time I needed to purchase! The guys are so nice and pleasant to work with. We even had a little trouble with the banks and Doug made it happen by making a few calls. I highly recommend them if you're searching to buy a used car. Also very trustworthy!
I have bought my past 3 vehicles from Doug and Todd at Auto Shack. Each experience has been great but when Doug called me to let me know he had gotten my Land Cruiser on his lot, I knew I was in for another great experience. I asked Doug a few questions about the vehicle, came to look at it, was shot a fair price and took her home. I would not buy a car from this dealership if you do not want to be screwed over. I bought a Mercedes-Benz that supposedly passed inspection through their mechanic. However, it does not pass inspection through any other mechanic. Needs about $2500 worth of work that their mechanic over looked. They want me to take car to there mechanic so warranty can pay him more money for a car that they knew was not in good enough condition to be on the road. They ignore my complaints. Screwed my daughter and son in law. Had vehicle 2 months had in "their" shop said was fixed got it back wasn't fixed.. engine blew.. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!
Our family has used this business for the past three cars we've needed. When my car needed the passenger side window fixed, they offered to have it taken care of for free :) They've been so helpful and so nice
