Very nice ppl helped, me get my first car

I had a great experience buying but I was not pleased with the car. Not to get into detail and point fingers and I understand the used vehicle market is russian roulette. ..but what I can say is, the car I bought had an obvious problem that can be heard on every start up..I wish i was able to cold start the engine but the salesman started every car while I was looking at "another car that might work"
Lauren was professional, personable, & prompt. We already knew the vehicle we wanted, easy test drive and was ready for the paperwork. The paperwork took less than an hour I would say. She explained everything thoroughly as well as informed of us of other resources such as gap and warranty. Her ability to explain the process in detail with understanding was clutch. I would definitely recommend. Thanks again Lauren’s Hot Wheels!
