I went in to buy a car and I have horrible credit. Gilbert went above and beyond to help me, even went as far as lowering the price of the vehicle so that I could get approved threw the finance company! I didnt have the down payment right away but was still able to drive home in a new car that day with just a promisary note to pay the rest of the down payment the following week! This dealership is the epitome of shady car dealers. I was trying to purchase a car from out of the area and two different salespeople (including a sales manager) lied and told me the car had been sold to avoid negotiating the price. They also tried to lie about the vehicles accident history. Then, when I called them out on their BS, they even lied about the price they clearly had it listed for, and went as far as to raise the price on their website. I bought a car from Gilbert in November. I had some issues with finance company..once the deal went through. I spoke with Gilbert and he made situation not as difficult as it could of been! over all love my car...positive experience! thank you!
I talked to someone and gave them all my information very nice person but never called me back..at least have common courtesy to tell me I wasn’t approved I guess only people with good credit get a call back!!
