I took my car in due to issues with the car stalling and having prior issues with an oil consumption issue. Mike spent a few days on the car and made sure we had everything we needed to go back to the dealership where we got the car. He does awesome work and I am so happy that we took it here. For the first time in a very long time I feel confident after having my vehicle serviced. I’ve been victim in a previous shop who took full advantage of my lack of knowledge. I appreciate that honesty was given in regards to the service that is needed vs recommended for my vehicle. The work was also completed the same day. Scheduling was accommodating and the ladies who helped at the front desk were very helpful, polite, and welcoming.
I recently bought a used car and brought it to Mike for a used car inspection to make sure it was safe to purchase being it is 5 years old. For an extremely reasonable price he did a thorough inspection of the used car and discovered an embedded code for the transmission. Following his guidance, I brought the car back to the dealer and they looked into it and discovered that if I had continued to drive the car with the issue it would have ruined the entire transmission by the time the check engine light came on!
