I cannot say enough good things about Auto Repair by Mike. My car needed new rear brakes and tires. He found me the tires and suggested I order them directly to save myself the money. I had them shipped directly to his shop, where he installed them for a fair price. He did a great job and I saved quite a bit of money as compared to what the car dealership had quoted me. I would highly recommend Mike for your auto repair needs!
Called Mike up in needing to get my car inspected. He picked up the phone right away and was able to fit me in that week. His prices are very reasonable and easy to work with. I will definitely use him again.
Poor communication w customer. I overslept for an appointment and then showed up when I rescheduled. He didn't have the equipment to perform my inspection cause it broke. I rescheduled again and missed the appointment having a diabetic problem in the hospital. When I got home I tried to reschedule, the guy can't even be considerate enough to check the message I sent and answer. Completely ignored. I asked again and he gives a blase response. I'll go to a mechanic that cares about their customers from now on...
