Auto Quest Inc Great Buying Experience! I recently purchased a car from Auto Quest (Robert was the salesman). He was so patient and helpful. I had totaled my car recently and had no idea what I wanted to purchase. I went to Auto Quest and I told Robert what I was looking for in a car. He lined up 3 different cars that matched my budget and criteria for the car. We drove each one side by side and he road along with me to show me the options the car had. I didnt have to go anywhere else, they are wonderful!
Great Place! Nice and professinal people! This place saved me! when no one else did they gave me a great car low interest rate and low payments and the car i got was priced fair and low! Everyone there is helpful and seem to really care! Robert is a great guy so is criag! Super nice ppl. and professional place! They have nice new cars!! Good lenders!! I recommend this place highly!!
1st Car = Dream Car I have been looking for a car for a couple months now but have yet to make it into a dealership because I was nervous i would get declined. Grade: A- Great overall experience. Indoor showroom was definitely a bonus on the day I bought. No pressure and the perks that come after could potentially save thousands. Free loaners and service at their pricing. Vehicle price was excellent. Top notch people. Was bummed I only got one key and they didn't give me a full tank of gas but overall they get an A-.
Auto Quest Inc Great Customer Care About a week ago someone side swiped me and took off one side mirror. I 1st called over to lexus bellevue and they quoted me $679. I called Craig and he told me he would order me a new mirror and they would install it for free. He called me 3 days later with my mirror I drove down there and they put the new one in 15 minutes. it cost me $215!
I love the way they do business I have bought my past 3 cars from Craig and i love the way he does business. He has taken care of me from giving me loaner cars when my car needs service to a windshield replacement to getting my bumper fixed after running into my garage & everything is done at whatever his cost is. They have alot of luxury cars to choose from and im sure that you can find the right one too! Thanks Craig.
AUTO QUEST IN SEATTLE ROCKS!!!!!!!!! I had an unbelievable experience at this luxury dealership! Customer service is phenomenal. All of the sales staff was friendly and willing to help. I was lucky enough to work with their general manager Ted Wallace, he hooked us up! I changed my whole outlook on buying cars. I actually had fun in this low-pressure auto dealership. I recommend you at least make your way to the dealership and you will see what I'm talking about!!!
Customer Satisfaction is Priority I have been searching for a lexus for 3 months and failed miserably. Between cheeseball salesmen and cars being over priced I have not been able to find a car to fit my needs. What a relief finding Auto Quest. They are the coolest dealership with a staff that knows what they're doing. I found the perfect car that fit my budget and I am ecstatic that I can bring my car back to them for all services. Go check them out I will never buy a car any where else again.
