Great Place! Nice and professinal people! This place saved me! when no one else did they gave me a great car low interest rate and low payments and the car i got was priced fair and low! Auto Quest Inc Great Customer Care About a week ago someone side swiped me and took off one side mirror. I 1st called over to lexus bellevue and they quoted me $679. I called Craig and he told me he would order me a new mirror and they would install it for free. He called me 3 days later with my mirror I drove down there and they put the new one in 15 minutes. it cost me $215!
Happy wife happy life Im not a review kinda guy,but Bob at Auto Quest went above and beyond what I would expect of a used car salesman.We came in just too look at a Lexus Rx350 for my wife before heading back to Bellevue to drive one there.Bob gave us the key and a good demonstration of the options.We drove the car and my wife fell in love with it.When we got back to the dealership after an hour test drive,Bob had a price printed with all fees and handed it to us so we had it in writing.WHAT!! No repeat business from me I bought a Lexus at Auto Quest a few months ago. The process there was pretty straight forward. The indoor showroom they have is nice, but its basically a large metal building. Nothing too fancy, but it keeps the cars out of the weather.

Amazing experience with impeccible service! I absolutely love AutoQuest and Zac. Last year after looking everywhere for a silver Lexus RX350 with a lighter colored interior, I saw an ad that AutoQuest might have one. I gave a call and went down and met with Zac. They know how to do it right! I have purchased several cars from Auto Quest and have been very impressed with the way that they do business which is what keeps me going back. The customer service they off is impeccable. I bring my cars in for all their services and they issue me a loaner car for a couple hours while I get my brakes checked, new tires, fix the bumper bc i ran into my garage door etc. They do it all and have made buying cars an easy breezy transaction for once!
A sad excuse for a business I dont know who is posting most of these reviews but in my opinion, most are wrong. They use all the same b.s. lines that most used car dealers have. I should have seen the signs. I screwed up and trusted them. It's a complete set up from the first time you arrive. I had to spend $1500.00 to fix the car I purchased.
