Auto Quest Inc Great Customer Care About a week ago someone side swiped me and took off one side mirror. I 1st called over to lexus bellevue and they quoted me $679. I called Craig and he told me he would order me a new mirror and they would install it for free. He called me 3 days later with my mirror I drove down there and they put the new one in 15 minutes. it cost me $215!
Well don’t try and negotiate prices without going into their dealership. It will only end with an insulting offer with out any real effort on their part. They will only take you serious if you actually show up in person. Except, I value my time more than hanging around a dealership waiting 3-4 hours for something that could easily be done in 10 mins. I highly suggest if you want a buying experience without the insults, you should look elsewhere.
RecommendedWe purchased a Mercedes R320 in November 2017 but it only had one key. Imagine my surprise when Ryan Cafferty called me two weeks ago saying he’d found the spare key for our car! We live in southeast WA so Ryan said he’d mail it to us. I just received it in the mail. Now THAT’S customer service!! You guys ROCK!

Jay may have been nice, but two months almost to the day after purchasing my used car I’ve been told by a service shop (because it already had issues) my car was damaged and missing parts !! So much for the inspection they put the car through, poor quality work installing the “ELO” and missing parts, such a HUGE let down. This is a true case of buyer beware and I’ve been screwed!! DON’T trust there shop service check list ! Take it to a service shop you trust. Or you will be stuck like me !! Autoquest willing to help ??
