My experience with purchasing a vehicle here was wonderful. Our salesman Andrew was able to get us a better deal than advertised. He was very professional, patient, pleasant, and well informed about the vehicle. He was able to answer all of our questions and did not put any pressure on buying the car which is a rare thing nowadays when you walk into dealerships. We are happy with our 2010 Audi Q7 diesel and recommend Auto Park to anyone that is looking for a quality used vehicle.
I bought a 20k van... drove less than 200 miles and had the check engine light come on. Had it checked at a dealership and the catalytic converter and exhaust is bad. Auto Park said it's not covered under warranty and I will have to pay $1300. This would be acceptable as it's a used car.. Except that there is no way they didn't know this issue existed and likely turned the check engine light off just to sell it. Had a great experience before realizing they scam people.
