Very positive experience. Andrew was extremely considerate of my time & was extremely accommodating. Definitely one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had.Andy was the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with! He found me a car that’s in my budget and answered all my questions. He even followed up with me a few times after the purchase to see how everything was going with my car. That is great customer service.
I recently purchased a 2011 Mercedes S550 and traded in my 2008 Mercedes E350. I was offered a very fair trade in value on the E350 and the whole purchase process was painless. Highly recommend.
Nash is great to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very prompt to respond during our communications. I bought a used BMW 5series that was listed online. Nash visually inspected it & emailed me photos of it with a detailed description of the few rock chips in the paint. He handled all the details to transport the car to me. Vehicle came on time and as described on their website and by Nash. I am happy with the purchase I made at Auto Park and happy that I came across such honest people in this industry.
Left a deposit on a vehicle to ensure it is still there and available for purchase when we come in to check it out. When we arrived Andy had the vehicle out and ready for us to test drive. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. I would come back and buy another car from him because of his professionalism and knowledge.
Nash was very easy to work with and very approachable and friendly. We came in and test drove 2 vehicles that we saw on their website and ended up purchasing one of them, the Volkswagen. Nash went above and beyond to ensure we understood everything about the vehicle we were buying and the car loan.
