Informative and professional..
WORST SERVICE EVER! I've been to alot of dealerships and this was by far my worst experience! Not only did they lie to me for a day and a half, when they told me to come pick up the vehicle, but when I told the shady salesman I was on my way he said the deal was off. The vehicle needed some mechanical work, that I pointed out and they became hostile, rude and told me the deal was off. Very professional. I wasn't able to finance a car but they were patient and trying to make it work. Brody, bob, and Dennis are all great to work with. Very friendly and inviting. To put into perspective, I couldn't get a loan but I still left feeling hopeful that I could finance a car through them later. And I plan to go back once I take care of my business.
They were so patient and understanding as I took my time test driving and doing homework on crash ratings, mpg, ect. None of them were pushy or vultures like at other carlots. Amazing experience. I would recommend to anyone. Alan was an amazing salesman :-)
