I had picked out a 2009 Dodge Journey through Capital Ones auto financing tool. Unfortunately we got there, 3 year old in tow; to find out it had been sold over the weekend! But we stuck it out and worked with Tyler to figure something out. Three test drives with a car seat (including his own demo car!) and three and a half hours later, we signed (our lives away, joking!) for a 2018 Toyota Corolla LE! Very happy with the experience! Thanks for taking such good care of our family.
I went there and test drove a jeep after I totaled my envoy the guys there where so awesome and they had a hard task but they stuck with me and got me what I wanted. Larry took tons of phone calls from me and he didn't get mad he knows I was just showing him I was interested in that jeep. he never once gave up and he worked really hard to get me into that jeep. Larry n Hunter both worked there magic and made it happen thanks guys
They give you top knotch knowlege and trust and they really try to work with you through it all i would reccomend this place to anyone they are very respectful of circumstances and they will try there hardest to get you into a car!!!

Saw an ad on Craigslist for a specific car i was looking for. Called AJ Coulter and we did 90% of the process over the phone. Was approved for financing before I even got there. Thanks for making it easy!
Bought a car from them yesterday. Was told it had a 90 point inspection before going on the lot. Later that night, we found that the reverse lights didn't work. After 2 hours of driving, the check engine soon light came on. Talked to them about it the next day and got a "That's not good" and a shoulder shrug. I question the ethics on any business that won't stand behind their product for even 1 day. I suggest avoiding this dealership.
