This place is terrible!!! Their customer service is terrible. They don’t update you when they are supposed to be fixing your car. Car broke down because there was something wrong with the engine. They had the car for for over 2 weeks, they didn’t reimburse all of the money for my rental, and THEN on top of that the car broke down AGAIN in less than two months. Bought a 2007 X5 bmw in july 2015 the worst i ever experienced. The car was junk constantly had problems the day I drove off the lot. They would not repair anything. Bad rotors. Ball joints. The raditor was leaking. Bad drive axle. This car was junk. I finally returned the car to them and told them why. Over 4500 of repairs need to be done. I DON'T HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY. I would highly encourage anyone to not purchase a car from this business based on the fact they are not a business that acts in good faith. I intended to purchase a vehicle it had an issue that was more than apparent making you wonder why was the car on the lot like that in the first place. This is the second car I have purchased from Auto Market of Florida. I recently was in a wreck and hit broadside. My car was totaled. I work full time and needed a car ASAP. I decided to go back because of the excellent service I received. When I got in and sat down in the one I finally bought, I fell in love with this vehicle. Thank you all for making my search for a new car so pleasant. I tell everyone I know to go to Auto Market of Florida first!
Came in looking for a buy here pay here. I was told at other places that they couldnt finance me because of my credit. The finance manager David explained to me that he could do a buy here pay here, but wanted to make sure that he couldn't get me a better approval through a regular financial institution. To make the story short, I ended up walking out with a 7.5%, 0 down payment and payments of $250 for a 2011 Kia Sorrento. Very happy to say the least. Thanks Automarket!!!
My daughter purchased her vehicle here, and when my wife came with her she fell in love with a 2011 Ford Mustang. I was able to get the financing I was looking for and drove away with the vehicle today. Great place, great people, overall great dealership
